dbkk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform
These terms govern your use of dbkk and form a binding agreement between you and the platform. Using the site means you accept these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dbkk platform, accessible at dbkk.vu, and all related services provided to users. By accessing or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
dbkk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international gaming regulations. Disputes are handled under these provisions.
1. Eligibility and Jurisdiction
Access to and use of the dbkk platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility conditions. It is each user's responsibility to verify that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on dbkk:
- Persons under the age of 21 years, regardless of the legal gambling age in their country of residence.
- Persons located in or residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
- Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of dbkk, or any company within the same corporate group, and their immediate family members.
- Persons who have been self-excluded from dbkk or any other gaming platform through a self-exclusion programme that includes dbkk.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of the dbkk platform, users must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be identified, suspended, and any balance within them forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
Users must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false details — including name, age, or mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. dbkk will never ask for your password via any external channel.
- You must notify dbkk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Use the in-platform live chat or contact [email protected].
- dbkk reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete verification within the specified time may result in account suspension.
- Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the exclusive use of the registered individual. Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Account Closure by User
You may close your account at any time by contacting dbkk support via the in-platform live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Accounts with an outstanding bonus wagering requirement will have the bonus portion forfeited upon closure. Funds in your wallet that constitute genuine winnings may be withdrawn before account closure is finalised.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the dbkk platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbkk does not charge currency conversion fees. Transaction processing times and limits are subject to the payment provider's own policies in addition to dbkk's internal processing schedules.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. dbkk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources on behalf of another person.
- Deposits are typically credited to your wallet within seconds of confirmation. In the event of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.
- dbkk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit activity as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. This policy is in place to prevent financial fraud.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed on the same calendar day. Requests submitted after that time are processed on the following business day.
- dbkk does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, the receiving payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, bank) may apply its own standard transaction charges, which are outside dbkk's control.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
dbkk offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is governed by its own individual terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Bonuses are credited to your account wallet after the qualifying deposit has been confirmed. The bonus will be visible in your wallet alongside your real-money balance but will be subject to the applicable wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.
- The wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated on the promotion page. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only unless the specific promotion states that both the deposit and bonus must be wagered. Only real-money bets placed on eligible games contribute to the rollover.
- dbkk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be abusing bonus conditions — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematic arbitrage — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
- Free spins, where offered, are credited in batches as specified by the individual promotion. Winnings from free spins are added as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per household or IP address. Players who have previously held an account with dbkk under a different registration are not eligible for the new-user welcome bonus.
dbkk may apply a maximum bet restriction of ৳500 per round or sporting event when a bonus is active in your wallet. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided, at dbkk's sole discretion.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and game rounds placed on the dbkk platform are subject to the following general gaming rules. Game-specific rules are available within each game lobby and from the relevant game provider.
- All bets are final once confirmed. dbkk does not permit cancellation of bets after they have been placed, except where a technical error has occurred that affected the outcome of a game or market.
- In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a round or bet, dbkk reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. This determination is made at dbkk's sole discretion based on available system logs.
- Cricket betting markets are settled using official match results as reported by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned or not completed, dbkk's individual market rules apply and are published in the sportsbook help section.
- dbkk monitors all gaming activity for signs of collusion, match-fixing, automated betting software (bots), or other forms of fraudulent play. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be withheld pending investigation.
6. Responsible Gaming and Account Protection
dbkk is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity and seek help if they feel their gambling habits are becoming problematic. Use of these tools is voluntary, except where dbkk determines that intervention is necessary to protect a player.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased, to prevent impulsive limit increases.
- Time-Out: Players may request a time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account is suspended and cannot be used for deposits, wagering, or withdrawals until the time-out period expires. Active bonuses are suspended but not forfeited during a time-out.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently stop gambling on dbkk may request indefinite self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, the account will be closed and the user will be prevented from opening a new account. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the last used payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
dbkk provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbkk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. dbkk does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall dbkk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, whether or not dbkk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. dbkk's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, a transaction, a bet settlement, or any other aspect of the dbkk service, you must first contact dbkk customer support via the in-platform live chat or by email at [email protected]. dbkk will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated per the procedures set out in dbkk's support documentation.
Changes to These Terms
dbkk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified via the platform or by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
